Speaking of today’s announcement Ruth Fuller, Managing Director at Fuller Marketing,

“To have made the finalist shortlist is, without doubt, an achievement in itself and it’s one we are immensely proud of.

We see this recognition by our peers as an acknowledgement of and a testament to our work. Not only are we passionate about what we do, but we are passionate about where we do it. Being in business in Cork is so important for us and as we see it, we have a lot to offer to both the business community and wider Cork region.

We have big plans for the future growth of our business – we have set ourselves challenging targets but ones that we are confident we will achieve.”

Fuller Marketing is one of the newest entrants to Cork’s marketing landscape but in just two years it has made a notable mark on the industry and has worked with some of the largest brands and organisations in the country and beyond. The company is actively growing its marketing footprint working with clients operating in the UK, the US, France and Canada with plans expansion to the UAE, Germany and South America.  What started out as a one woman band 24months ago, Fuller Marketing now has a 9 member team.

Ruth offered her thoughts on why they have experienced such rapid success,

“In a nutshell – through creativity and innovation we deliver results for clients. Our core offering is 3PM (3rd Party Marketing). This marketing function is unlike any other. The difference is in how we integrate and how we deliver results. If a marketing department exists, we provide the niche support it requires, and in its absence, we fulfil the whole marketing function.

We work with clients big & small in industries across the board and are 100% results driven.

The fear of results does not hamper our efforts because we are confident in our ability to achieve. We thrive on delivering growth to our clients, by cutting out the waste, understanding their business and designing marketing strategies to support business growth.

We are not only a thriving business ourselves, but we have an ecosystem of thriving businesses around us, by the very nature of what we do for our clients”.

Ruth believes that their Cork roots are an integral part of their business model,

“These awards are so special to us because of their focus on all that is good about business in Cork. We are committed to Cork, and plan to support the local economy, through our continued recruitment of local talent, and our utilisation of local suppliers as our first priority for exceptional goods and services.

We also recognise the important of supporting not-for-profits where and when we can.

In the last 12 months we have worked with I Wish, Crumlin Children’s Hospital and Enable Ireland, on a pro bono basis. We understand that one of the best gifts we can give to not-for-profits is our expertise to support their growth and funding ambitions. In this regard, we give 10% of company time free of charge. We encourage and actively support our team to give back to the community, and offer additional support to those who are active citizens. CSR is at the heart of our business”.
